At Home Personal Training

  • Initial Assessment : $50
  • 30 minutes : $40
  • 60 minutes : $80
  • Package of 10 x 30 minutes : $375 payable in advance*
  • Package of 10 x 60 minutes : $750 payable in advance*
  • If home is greater than 15 km from South Etobicoke, an additional fee may apply to cover the cost of travel. This fee will vary from $10 – $25 per session but will be agreed upon prior to first visit.
  • Personal Training packages are to be used within 6 months of initial booking. Termination of the package prior to its completion due to illness or extenuating circumstances a refund will be given less a $25 administration fee.



Swimming Lessons

  • 30 minutes : $50
  • 60 minutes : $75
  • If greater than 15 km from South Etobicoke, an additional fee will apply to cover the cost of travel. This fee will vary from $10 – $25 per session but this travel fee will be agreed upon prior to first visit.



Coaching

  • Initial Assessment : $50
    (Via phone/video chat/in person)
  • Monthly fee : $75 – $100/month
  • Individual coaching sessions
  • Swim or bike or run assessment : $50/session
  • 30 minute swim lesson : $25/lesson
  • 60 minute swim lesson : $50/lesson
  • If greater than 15 km from South Etobicoke, an additional travel fee will apply to cover the cost of travel. This fee will vary from $10 – $25 per session but this fee will be agreed upon prior to the session
  • Providing a copy of the client’s file : $50
  • Late payment charges : after 30 days an additional 2% of fee


  • Other services : To be agreed upon by client and Dutrifitness
  • Smiles : FREE
  • Payment methods include email transfer, Paypal, cash or cheque.

Cancellation policy

Please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice via email or phone. If less than 24 hours is given, the full fee will be charged for the session.

If we have already chatted and you are ready to commit to your health and fitness goals, then please follow the following steps:

  • 1. Download the PAR-Q form, sign it, get it witnesses and email/scan it back to me (this would be a PDF form for download)
  • 2. Read the Dutrifitness privacy policy.
  • 3. Download the Dutrifitness Privacy Policy release form, sign it, email/scan it back me.
  • 4. Complete the Athlete Profile and email/scan it back to me.
